The "Presentation Scorecard"
From Minus -110 to Plus +560. In April 2012, we were asked to help a team of sales professionals improve the impact and effectiveness of their presentations. These were experienced industry professionals who deliver more than 100 presentations per year. Using the "Presentation Scorecard" we identified the changes required to make their presentations more memorable, engaging and persuasive. The changes we implemented took their presentations from a score (on the scorecard) of Minus 110 to Plus 560 and resulted in these sales professionals increasing their win rate when pitching for new business by 15%.
